Return Policy

All items should be returned in unused or unopened condition with original packaging at your own expense within 7 days of the receipt of the products by the carrier, except for color contact lenses. Due to manufacturing nature of optical products such as color contact lenses, returns of such products cannot be accepted. All of the color contact lenses at Beautyyo.net are packaged in full compliance to FDA and CE requirement. Prior to shipping out, quality of each product and package is fully inspected.  Please, be well noted.

Failure to return a product within the applicable return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the products delivered.

If Customer receives damaged products, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify beautyyo.net immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify Customer Service at cservice@beautyyo.net of damaged products within 7 days of the receipt date. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Beautyyo.net to file a damaged product claim.
